Every bed needs ghost and pumpkin lights to illuminate it. Surely.

We Are the Exhibit

There were robotic extinct animals at the zoo as well for some reason. Aleks was very excited about this and insisted that we splurge the extra buck a piece to see them.






We did lots of family shots because I'm trying to remember to do them at all so as to include myself in photos with my children lest I forget what I looked like at 30.

Making Bubblegum

It's exactly what it sounds like. The only ingredients are gum base, citric acid, corn syrup, coloring, and flavoring. Very easy. We haven't found them to be particularly tasty, but we're thinking maybe we should have used more flavoring. We drove an ungodly distance to Leener's to pick up a kit only to realize that we should have just taken the highway. We also got a Mozarella making kit and have fully intended for some time now to make pizzas with it, though we haven't yet done so.
